Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the client within 14 days are non refundable. Circumstances where SHEEBA RAYE or an alternative makeup artist is unable to attend in the event of illness, Covid-19 self-isolation/ symptoms/ positive test result, incapacitating injury, death, adverse/freak weather conditions, natural disaster or terrorist act will entitle the client to refund of all fees paid. Refunds in such circumstances do not constitute liability and the client shall have no claim to compensation. Cancellation of the appointment by SHEEBA RAYE will result in a refund of 100% of costs already paid. Should a client display ay signs of illness, breach Covid-19 self isolation regulations or engage in rude, aggressive or threatening behaviour SHEEBA RAYE reserves the right to cancel the appointment without notice or refund. SHEEBA RAYE will not be held responsible for any mechanical breakdowns, or for any delays caused by events beyond the company's control, such as those detailed above. If SHEEBA RAYE is unable supply an approved replacement artist, the full extent of liabilities is to give you a full refund.
